The Infected Blood Inquiry and the Infected Blood Compensation Framework Study have seen two updates today, please see below for further details.
Infected Blood Compensation Framework Study deadline extension:
Following engagement with participants, the deadline for written submissions has been extended to Sunday 19th December by Sir Robert Francis. This has been done to take into account representations that were made regarding the time in which submissions need to be received by the Study. Consequently, Sir Robert’s report to the government will be submitted, at the latest, by 14th March 2022.
Further information on the update can be found here, and any written submissions or questions can be sent to ibcompframeworkstudy@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
