Would you like to be part of a global effort to eliminate hepatitis C? We would welcome enthusiastic applicants with a passion for delivering services to underrepresented communities to join our efforts and ensure we reach out to as many service-users as possible, enabling what can be lifesaving treatment for many.
We are looking to expand our team in South Yorkshire and are keen to hear from applicants who may have experience developing pathways, work within substance misuse services, supporting volunteers or may have been personally affected by hepatitis C.
We are currently looking for a skilled Peer Coordinator who has excellent communication and organisational skills. We require a good standard of education and welcome creativity
Working under the guidance of the Northern Prison Team Manager and alongside the community team in South Yorkshire, this post will continue the development of our existing projects whilst taking an exciting and new focus within health and justice settings.

Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams and key health and justice services, the post holder will coordinate delivery of educational workshops and hepatitis C testing to ensure that service users are referred and supported through the entirety of their hepatitis C treatment and care.
