We are looking for a passionate and skilled Peer Programme Manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills, along with line management experience.
Working in partnership with hepatitis C & liver surveillance teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post holder will deliver education on hepatitis C & Liver Health to anyone deemed at risk of HCV infection & liver disease across all of the Barts ODN area and ensure that everyone is offered and supported to treatment. Working under the guidance of the London Manager the post holder will ensure that people with an identified diagnosis of hepatitis C & liver cirrhosis are offered a referral to specialist hepatitis treatment & liver surveillance services in North East London area.
We require a good standard of education, willingness to travel and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work. We are a patient-led organisation – you will be working in an environment where the patient/service user/client is placed at the centre of all that you do. It is also essential the post holder hold a driving licence.
