The Infected Blood Inquiry has opened registration for people who would like to attend hearings on blood transfusion policy and practice this month. The hearings will be those of weeks beginning 21 and 28 February, and the latest timetable can be found here.
The hearings will take place at Aldwych House, 71-91 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4HN. Anyone interested in attending must register interest by Monday 14 February, 10am, using this registration form.
Those interested should note that new measures have been introduced to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission in the hearing room. All those attending will be required to take a daily lateral flow test, and to wear FFP2/3 masks when in the hearing room or moving around. Masks will be available if required. Anyone who is ill for any reason or has a household or other close contact with coronavirus should not attend.
For more information on these hearings, please see the Inquiry page.
