At the moment, when you call our helpline, you may not always hear the ‘ringback tone’ or ringing sound you normally hear when making a phone call. Please note that the phone is ringing, even if you cannot hear it.
This is just happening temporarily because the calls are being transferred to our helpline team who are sometimes working remotely.
We have also had some issues with people not being able to get through if one member of our team is already speaking to someone else. If you call us and cannot get through, please email helpline@hepctrust.org.uk, letting us know what times you would like to talk and your phone number and we will call you back. Our team monitor the inbox regularly, so will be able to get back to you as soon as they are free.
