Booking open for Hepatitis C Trust Patient Conference

23 May 2017

The Hepatitis C Trust will be holding a Patient Conference on World Hepatitis Day (Friday 28th July), with booking now open to all who wish to attend.
The main focus of the event, titled ‘Speak Up’, will be patients sharing their individual experiences of hepatitis C. There will also be short films shown about people who have been or are effected by hepatitis C from across the world. Two of The Hepatitis C Trust’s trustees will also deliver presentations, with Professor Graham Foster discussing the current hepatitis C situation, and Dr Magdalena Harris discussing her own personal journey with hepatitis C.
Lots of time will be allowed for attendees to ‘Speak Up’, ask questions or share experiences, as well as meet fellow patients, Trust staff and volunteers on a friendly and informal basis.
The event is from 9.30am (with the conference beginning at 10am) and will end at 4.30pm. Lunch and afternoon tea with cakes will be provided. You can book your place at the conference and view the full programme here.
