C-Change is a group run for and by people that have experience of Hepatitis C. The group focuses on living with the condition and informally explores health, coping with symptoms and options for treatment. Acupuncture is provided at the group.

BIRMINGHAM

1.Support Group
We are an informal group for anyone affected by hep C from substance misuse. We offer non-judgemental support and information and a chance for people to share their experiences with others. The group is run by a member of the BBV team and a few of us who have hep c or have been through treatment

We are a small team of nurses that provide testing, vaccinations, counselling, support and referrals to the hospital for anti viral treatment. We visit 17 different community drug teams to offer our services and are now making advances to offer treatment ourselves. We have set up a hepatitis C support group that is only open to past or current drug users. As well as it being a group for clients to discuss concerns, fears, joys etc, we also have guest speakers and massage sessions. It is run the first Tuesday of every month from 4.30pm - 6pm at Osborne House, 2nd Floor, 55 Terrace Road, Handsworth, Birmingham B19 1BP.
