81 people out of 180 people who filled in the questionnaire had tried Traditional Chinese Medicine to help their hepatitis C. These were the answers from those 81 people:

We then asked them how they felt taking Chinese herbs helped them:
36 people said the herbs helped with their well-being
32 people said the herbs helped their digestion
32 said they helped their mental state
26 people said they helped with depression
13 people said they helped with joint pains
9 people said they helped with pains in the liver area
8 people said they helped with headaches
6 people said they helped with nausea
5 people said they helped with night sweats
