The Hepatitis C Trust is co-ordinating and facilitating a dedicated hepatitis C counselling and support service on behalf of the Department of Health for those living in England and on behalf of the Welsh Government for those living in Wales, for people registered with the Skipton Fund or Caxton Foundation as a result of contracting hepatitis C via NHS blood or blood products, or for their dependents.
Arrangements for counselling for those living in Scotland or Northern Ireland have not so far been agreed.
