An inquiry into the infection of Scots with Hepatitis C and HIV through blood products has called for Glasgow witnesses to step forward.

The Penrose Inquiry is the independent Scottish public inquiry into the infection by the NHS to add to the more than 100 witnesses who have already provided written statements.

Witnesses will be sent a list of issues to be covered in the statement beforehand. Statements will then be taken by a trained member of the inquiry team at its offices in Edinburgh or other convenient place for the witness. Steps will be taken to ensure that a witness's personal details remain confidential. For more information, visit www.penroseinquiry.org.uk
